Learn the noble art of boxing at our All Levels boxing class with the guidance of our experience champion Coach Ibrahim. You will learn the stance, boxing techniques, tactics, footwork all the while getting physically and mentally fitter! Western boxing, often regarded as one of the most effective combat sports, offers a myriad of physical and mental benefits. This dynamic discipline enhances cardiovascular fitness, builds strength, and improves coordination and agility. The techniques involved in boxing—such as footwork, punching, and defensive maneuvers—cultivate not only physical prowess but also mental resilience and discipline. Practicing boxing promotes overall body conditioning, targeting core muscles, arms, and legs while also improving hand-eye coordination. The sport's rigorous training routines can lead to significant weight loss and muscle toning, making it an excellent choice for fitness enthusiasts. Moreover, boxing fosters self-defense skills and boosts confidence as practitioners learn to master their movements and reactions. Incorporating techniques like the jab, cross, hook, and uppercut, along with defensive strategies such as slipping and blocking, boxers develop a comprehensive skill set. Cancellation Policy
Muay Thai Group Class Booking Policy Class Reservation: Participants must reserve their spot in a Muay Thai group class in advance online. Class sizes are limited to ensure personalized attention. Cancellation Policy: Participants can cancel or reschedule their class reservation up to 12 hours before the scheduled start time without penalty. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a late cancellation fee. No-Show Policy: Participants who fail to show up for a reserved class without prior cancellation will be subject to a no-show fee. Repeated no-shows may result in the suspension of class booking privileges. Waitlist: If a class is full, participants can add themselves to the waitlist. Waitlisted participants will be contacted and given the opportunity to fill any last-minute openings. Class Packages: Muay Thai group classes can only be purchased in packages. Package purchases are non-refundable and cannot be shared or transferred to other participants. Arrival Time: Participants are expected to arrive at least 5 minutes before the scheduled class start time to get changed, and warm up. Attire: Participants should wear appropriate athletic clothing. Gear such as hand wraps and gloves will be required and may be provided if there are spares. Participant Conduct: All participants are expected to follow the gym's rules and instructions from the instructor. Disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in the participant being asked to leave the class. Injuries and Medical Conditions: Participants should inform the instructor of any injuries or medical conditions that may affect their participation in the class. Failure to do so can void any refund policies.
